99 NIGHTS FREE TRIAL

All Therapy mattresses are designed to provide optimum support. We want you to have a fantastic night’s sleep, since you spend a third of a lifetime sleeping, but it can take up to 49 nights for you to adjust to the feel of a brand-new mattress.

How does the 99-night work?

The 99-night trial starts from the day you receive your mattress.

If, after a minimum of 49 nights you decide that your item is not for you after all, you can contact us to arrange a return through the following ways:

Therapy Sleep 99-Night Trial Policy

  1. Trial Period: Therapy Sleep offers a 99-night trial period on all beds purchased from therapymattress.co.uk. This trial period begins from the date of delivery and is designed to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new bed.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for the 99-night trial, you must:
  1. Conditions:
  • The bed must be used for at least 49 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleeping surface.
  • The bed must be in good condition, free from stains, damage, and excessive wear. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the bed is found to be in an unsanitary condition.
  1. Trial Process:
  1. Initiate Return: If you are not satisfied with your bed within the 99-night trial period, contact our customer service team at customerservices@voguebeds.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may ask for photos of the bed to assess its condition.
  3. Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the bed. Therapy Mattress will not cover the cost of return shipping. The responsibility to return the bed in a resalable condition is the customers responsibility.
  1. Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned bed, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Limitations:
  • The 99-night trial is limited to one return per household.
  • The trial period does not apply to beds that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care.
  • Accessories and other products are not covered under this trial policy.

We aim to make the returns process as simple as possible and we will always arrange a collection from you free of charge for mattresses.

Once the return and collection has been verified, we will process your refund as quickly as possible to your original payment method.

* If the Mattress is soiled and in an unsanitary condition the free trial will become void.
